Nous recrutons une nouvelle promotion chaque année, à l’issue d’un concours en 3 tours. Chaque promotion compte 12 à 16 apprenti.e.s comédien.ne.s.
Toutefois la pédagogie de l’ESCA procède à un mélange des promotions durant le cursus en trois ans. Le parcours de chaque apprenti.e est individualisé et construit à la carte, chaque groupe est réinventé en fonction des projets des intervenant.e.s et de l’équilibre de chaque groupe. De ce fait la dynamique artistique est sans cesse renouvelée.

The apprentices
We recruit a new class each year, following a three-round competition. Each year’s class includes 13 to 16 apprentice actors.
However, ESCA’s pedagogy allows for a mixing of classes during the three-year course. Each apprentice’s course is individualised and built à la carte, each group is reinvented according to the projects of the teachers and the balance of each group. As a result, the artistic dynamic is constantly renewed.
